Experienced, trusted strategic counsel for leaders facing complex decisions, organizational challenges, and significant change.
The challenge
Ministry leaders face complex decisions, competing priorities, and constant change. The stakes are high, the context is unique, and it can be isolating when there are few people who truly understand both the ministry and what's at stake.
The solution
This isn't traditional coaching. A coach mostly asks questions and helps you find your own answers. I'll ask good questions too, but I also bring real-world ministry leadership experience to the table: a candid outside perspective, an honest read on what you're facing, and specific counsel on the decision in front of you. The call is always yours. You just won't have to make it alone.
How I help
I work on the issues that carry the most weight in your ministry: the staffing decision you keep putting off, the board relationship that's gotten complicated, the vision that stalled somewhere between the retreat and the calendar. A book or a conference can't solve these for you. That's where I come in. I know ministry leadership from the inside, I'll take a close look at your real situation, and I'll tell you plainly what I see. Whether the work centers on you, your leadership team, or your entire organization, you'll get focused attention, straight talk, and a clear next step.
A confidential sounding board for the person at the top. Bring the decision keeping you up at night. We'll weigh the options honestly, and you'll leave with clear counsel and a next step.
Learn MoreI guide your leadership team to decide where your ministry is going, then build a specific plan for getting there: clear priorities, who owns what, and the steps to take first.
Learn MoreWhen your structure, systems, or culture start working against your mission, I help you find the real cause and build a ministry that runs well without burning people out.

About Bryan
I've spent my career in ministry. I started as a teacher, became a principal and then executive director at a large church, and today I serve as COO of a global ministry that trains pastors and ministry leaders in nearly 40 countries. I've sat in the chair you're sitting in. I know the pressure, the politics, and the people dynamics because I've lived them.
Along the way, I've helped ministries and their leaders grow, and I've never stopped being a teacher at heart. I work with pastors, executive directors, and ministry teams who want someone in their corner: someone who will tell them the truth and stay with them through the hard decisions.
